I am Karan Nenwani, a Practicing Company Secretary based in Indore and the founder of Karan Nenwani & Associates, established in 2018. Over the years, I have focused on helping businesses navigate corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and complex compliance requirements with clarity and confidence.
